Slate

With the optimized keypad, entering numeric data such as roll, scene, take, and timecode is a breeze. Increment or decrement numbers by simply swiping up or down on the fields.

Timecode

Timecode entry is seamless with MovieSlate®'s optimized keypad. Sync your timecode to clock time or an iTunes song in Music Video mode. Clapper

Properly mark the beginning of each shot by photographing the slate's production information and tapping the clapper sticks. Witness the sticks open and clap closed, creating a distinct audible and visible marker. All slate data is automatically logged to history. Enjoy optional credits animations that briefly display each production field in full screen.

Notes

Enhance your shot documentation by utilizing various note-taking features. Circle a specific take, rate sound and picture quality, record voice notes, or capture picture notes. For interviews, create timecode-marked notes to identify when specific questions were asked or notable statements were made. Input notes using the microphone, camera, keyboard, or pre-set snippet phrases.

Shot Log History

Access shot information quickly and effortlessly without the need to navigate through extensive footage. All production, GPS location, and timecode data for every shot is stored securely in MovieSlate®'s Shot Log History. View, edit, or rate shots with ease. Export and email history and notes as HTML, XML, or CSV formats. Seamlessly manage multiple projects.
